Use the "Pin" button in the title bar to fix the window position on the screen.
|You can also use the "Pin" command from the main menu.|
Hide/Show Plug-in Panels
If the plug-in panels are not visible, press the toggle button ("Show plug-in panels" / "Hide plug-in panels") in the title bar to switch between engineer’s mode and user’s mode.
In engineer’s mode, every plug-in has its own panel. If you want to change any setting, for instance input source and ingest qualities, you can use the "engineer’s mode" to do this.
Apart from being able to change the settings, the engineer operating Cinegy Ingest and the ingest cluster can see a detailed log on the status of the ingest session, making it easier to locate any failure during ingest and thus be able to eliminate the problem.
In user’s mode only the upper panel and the Cinegy Ingest control panel are visible, providing a compact and effective interface for efficient ingest operation.
|If the administrator has configured the ingest schemas properly, the ingest operator rarely needs to open the plug-in panels: it is sufficient to just select the appropriate schema.|
MRU (Most Recently Used) Menu
The "MRU" button in the title bar opens the list of recently ingested Rolls. The current Roll is available immediately after the recording start.
This is the main menu of the Cinegy Ingest plug-in:
It includes the following functions:
Pinned – fix/unfix the position of the window.
Hide – close the window.
Hide/Show plug-in panels – toggle between "engineer’s mode" and "user’s mode". Alternatively, use the button in the window caption.
Schemas – create a local schema.
Input Profiles – create a profile for input and output devices.
Plugins Profiles – create a profile for encoder settings.
Info Profiles – create a profile for Roll information settings.
Manage global schemas – provide the ability to add local schemas to the global schemas list.
