Note
 For proper software performance, an installation of certain Microsoft operating system hotfixes may be required.
Caution
 Please, do not use the CAS configurator to set up thumbnail URL for the new Cinegy Image Service. Please, change settings manually in the "CinegyServerWSHost.exe.config" file using any text editor and restart the CAS to apply changes. For this specify the Thumbnailer Service URL in the tag <add key="thumbnailer" value="http://localhost:12600/image_service/1.0/api/thumbnail/" />. This will be addressed in the next CAS releases.

Major Improvements

  • added support for Cinegy Archive 11 and Cinegy Archive 14 versions

  • reworked the Cinegy Image Service with new API and formats support

Known Limitations

Note
 These limitations will be addressed in next releases.

  • this version is not compatible with the Cinegy Archive Service v10

  • thumbnails for Daniel2 and DNxHR media files are not generated properly
