Cinegy Workspace client runs on the following operating systems: Windows 7 32 bit / 64 bit SP1, Windows 8.1 Pro, Windows 2008 Server SP2, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows Server 2012 R2. Mac OS 10.6.5 or higher.
Operating system recommendation: All of the above.
The Cinegy Workspace client can be started on any platform with the internet browser supporting Microsoft Silverlight 4.

Windows OS: Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla or any other browser with Microsoft Silverlight 4 support.

Recommended Microsoft Hotfixes
Depending on the operating systems you are using, certain hotfixes installation may be required for proper Cinegy software performance. The corresponding hotfix downloads are available by the references given below.
This reliability improvement update for Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 fixes problems with locks and hangs of software threads which may affect Cinegy Software. It also fixes problems with usage capacities with CPUs in low-power states.
This update for Server 2012 R2 can fix issues if a customer is experiencing unexpected server crashes (complete OS crash) with Stop error message 0xD1, 0x139 or 0x3B, due to problems enumerating installed network cards.
