-
Index rebuilding performed during the database upgrade via Cinegy Archive Database Wizard on large databases may be interrupted due to a timeout.
-
Before installing Cinegy Archive Database Wizard v25, it is required to uninstall previous versions of Cinegy Archive components that you may have on your machine and install the Cinegy License Service included in the Cinegy Archive installation package.
-
Never use the same network share for different media groups. If you are upgrading the Cinegy Archive database to mam16 via Cinegy Archive Database Wizard, the media shares assigned to several media groups will cause application errors and prevent other applications like Cinegy Capture from saving recordings to the database. It is recommended to check network shares assigned to media groups before upgrading the database.
