Caution

Caution
 Never use the same network share for different media groups. If you are upgrading Cinegy Archive database to version 15 via Cinegy Database Wizard, the media shares assigned to several media groups will cause application error and prevent other applications like Cinegy Capture from saving recordings to the database. It is recommended to check network shares assigned to media groups before upgrading the database.
Caution
 It is strongly recommended that you never use any 3d party tools to modify Cinegy Archive database. Any damage caused by such actions is not covered by official support policy. For database modifications it is recommended to use only Cinegy-provided tools or Cinegy-provided APIs.

 Please note that before the Cinegy Archive version 15 installation it is required to manually uninstall Cinegy License Service installed with Cinegy Archive version 14.

  • increased timeout searching in CAS for Traffic ID on Convert import to Archive tasks (defect 14597, ticket QZL-755-36067)

  • corrected performance of nodes copying operations after DB upgrade from v.10 to v.15 (defect 14765, ticket ZWA-808-65208)

  • fixed failure of sequence export due to RequestContext timeout (defect 14860, ticket UGI-594-97308)

  • fixed copying sequences after a database has been created, patched or upgraded with DB Wizard (defect 14963)

  • fixed missing of UpdateActions.MogFieldUpdate and UpdateActions.MogMetadatenUpdate cases in FireFieldUpdate

  • new default values are set for TTL and for PrintTimeout (US 6956)

  • the set of default DB metadata descriptors is extended to include Sony XDCAM RDD18 Log metadata descriptor groups (US 6676)

  • fixed an issue with moving several items at once within a large database in Cinegy Desktop

  • improved the error message that appears when using the "Restore deleted node(s)" option when the existing folder is selected

  • fixed an issue of adding new node types to the databases with specific collations

  • Essences without MOGs error (defects 14641, 14642)

  • roll with the MOGs used as source for some clips can be deleted (DB version 15) (defect 14610)

  • fixed an issue with advanced search when one of the descriptors is left empty

  • fixed an issue caused by the "populate a list" operation within a large database

  • fixed an issue of the database creation with Turkish_CI_AS collation enabled

  • fixed an issue causing the "Assembly 'CAS.Redis.SQLCLR' was not found in the SQL catalog of database" error during the database creation (defect 14465)

  • fixed an issue where it was possible to delete a Roll with the MOGs that was used as a source for some clips
